We offer a full range of furniture for every room; including dining tables and chairs, coffee tables, sideboards, bookcases, home office desks, TV units and more. Our styles cover everything from modern minimalism to classic oak and painted finishes, so there’s something to suit every home and taste.
Will my furniture arrive fully assembled?
Most furniture is delivered fully assembled or will be built in your home by our delivery team. For larger items like wardrobes or dining tables that need partial assembly, our team will handle it as part of the delivery service, so you won’t need to lift a finger.
Can I spread the cost of my furniture?
Yes. We offer flexible finance options through V12 Retail Finance, subject to status. Interest-free credit is available at certain times of the year. You can apply in-store or online, and our team will explain everything clearly so you can choose the best option for your budget.
Do you match prices if I find the same item cheaper elsewhere?
We do our best to offer great value, and if you find the same product sold elsewhere in the UK for less, including delivery and setup, we’ll aim to match the price. Just bring us the details and we’ll take a look.
Can I return or exchange furniture if it doesn’t fit or suit my space?
We’ll always try to help. If you’ve changed your mind or something isn’t right, get in touch with our customer service team. Some items, especially custom orders, may not be returnable, but we’ll talk you through your options and do what we can to resolve things quickly and fairly.
