Social Media Competition T&Cs
  1. By entering Gillies social media competition(s), entrants agree to be bound by
    the Terms and Conditions governing these promotions and by any other
    requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  2. Gillies competition(s) will run over the dates stated only.
  3. Facebook & Instagram do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this
    competition(s), and are in no way associated with it. As such, by entering the
    competition(s), entrants release Facebook & Instagram from any liability to the
    entrant, which arises from their entry to this competition(s).
  4. Gillies competition(s) are open to UK residents only.
  5. Where applicable you must be able to provide a UK address and postcode for
    delivery of prize(s) if you are picked as the winner.
  6. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Proof of age may be requested
    before prize(s) can be sent.
  7. No cash or other alternative is offered in place of prize(s).
  8. All prize(s) are non-transferable.
  9. Gillies is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost, broken or
    delayed.
  10. Where applicable you agree that Gillies will pass your name and address to
    parties providing the prize(s).
  11. Entries from businesses, groups or organisations will not be accepted.
  12. You agree that if chosen as the winner then Gillies will announce your name
    as the winner on social media.
  13. Competitions may run across multiple social media channels including
    Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  14. Where applicable prize(s) will be sent out over a period of time and will not be
    sent all at once.
  15. Your prize(s) will be sent to your chosen address. Should your address
    change it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible or request that
    the sending of your prize(s) be put on hold until an address can be confirmed.
  16. In the event delivery is not possible you are responsible for arranging either
    redelivery or collection of your prize(s). If you do not make the effort in adequate
    time, your prize(s) may be returned to the sender and under these circumstances
    your prize(s) will be forfeit and replacement prize(s) will not be sent under any
    circumstances. You are expected to make every effort within a reasonable time to
    collect your prize(s).
  17. Gillies decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will
    be entered into.
  18. Gillies reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all
    competition(s) at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its
    reasonable control.
  19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on
    Scots law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Tempur 40 Night Trial
  • Customer must purchase during the promotional dates to qualify for the 40-night trial.
  • The trial is only applicable for UK standard size (75/90x200 90x190 135x190 150x200 180x200)
  • Bundle & Avebury sets along with legacy mattress are not applicable for this promotion.
  • Trial starts from day of customer delivery.
  • The customer must keep the mattress for a minimum of 35 days before organising an exchange.
  • To be eligible for the TEMPUR® 40-night trial the customer must purchase and use a Home by TEMPUR Mattress Protector OR an agreed protector from the retailer at point of purchase.  (other protectors MUST be approved by TEMPUR® AAM).
  • The customer must visit the store which they purchased the TEMPUR® Mattress from to reselect or obtain a refund.
  • During the trial the customer can exchange the TEMPUR® Mattress to another TEMPUR® Mattress sold by the retailer, 1 exchange is permitted.
  • Any free product received when purchasing a mattress WILL be chargeable if the mattress is returned
  • The TEMPUR® Mattress MUST be free from stains damage and dirty for the mattress to be accepted back from the trial. Any TEMPUR® Mattresses returned NOT in the correct state will NOT receive a credit from TEMPUR® UK LTD.
  • TEMPUR® reserves the right to end this promotion earlier then stated with 5 days notice.
  • IF mattresses are returned soiled TEMPUR® will not issue a credit for the returned mattress
