Click & Collect

As Easy As 1,2,3...

Click & Collect with Gillies couldn't be easier. If you enjoy online shopping but prefer to collect your items on-the-go, then Click & Collect enables you to shop in a way that suits you. You can collect most items from one of our stores or warehouses for free at a time that suits you.


Step 1: Order Online

• Shop your favourite pieces online, add to your basket, then head to checkout.
• Choose the Click & Collect option at checkout.
• Select your most convenient collection point.
  

Step 2: Wait for Collection Date

• Allow 10 working days for us to get your purchase to your collection point.
• We will contact you once your items are ready to be collected from the collection point.
• If you choose to collect from a store, we will hold items for a maximum of 14 days. Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to our warehouse for safe storage.

Step 3: Time to Collect

• Head to your selected collection point after we’ve notified you.
• Bring proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.
• Please remember: if collecting a large item, bring someone with you to help as we can’t guarantee we’ll have a colleague available to assist you.

Mon - Thurs: 9.30am to 4:00pm
Friday: 9.30am to 3.30pm
