What flooring options do you offer at Gillies?
We stock a wide selection including carpets, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, hardwood and LVT (luxury vinyl tiles). You’ll also find our exclusive Gillies Tartan Collection, plus rugs, underlays and accessories to complete the look.
Do you offer fitting and removal of old flooring?
Yes, our expert fitting team can install your new flooring and remove old carpets or vinyl if needed. We can also move furniture and trim doors where required, all arranged as part of your order.
What is the Mobile Flooring Showroom?
It’s a van packed with flooring samples that comes to your home. You can browse carpets, LVT, and more in your own space, with expert advice and free measuring included. Ideal if you’re based in the North or East of Scotland.
What is the Gillies Tartan Carpet Collection?
This is our signature range of tartan-patterned carpets, available in classic Scottish designs and modern colourways. They’re high-quality, durable, and add a distinctive touch to hallways, stairs or lounges.
Can I view flooring samples in-store?
Yes, our showrooms have dedicated flooring departments with a huge range of samples. You’ll get friendly advice, and we can arrange measuring and fitting after you’ve made your choice. This excludes our Inverness store.

Can I order accessories online?
Yes, most accessories can be ordered online for home delivery or free Click & Collect from your nearest store or warehouse. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
Do you sell gift items or vouchers?
We do. You’ll find a wide range of home giftware, and we also offer Gillies gift vouchers; ideal for birthdays, weddings or housewarmings. Vouchers are available in-store and often online.
Can your team help me choose accessories to match my room?
Definitely. Our staff are happy to help with colour matching, styling advice and product suggestions. Bring a photo or fabric swatch and we’ll help you find accessories that tie your space together.
Are the same accessories available in every store?
All stores carry a good selection, but our Broughty Ferry store has the largest range. If you’re after something specific, we can arrange to have it delivered to your local branch or directly to your home.
