Gillies Perth
After originally trading as Camerons of Perth in 1987 to then be completely re-structured and re-built in 2002 our Perth store had been one of the company’s biggest projects. In 2012 a further extension was added and the complete store was refurbished including adding a café on the second floor.
Over the last couple of years Gillies has designed a refurbishment schedule to which various departments in different branches have been upgraded in-line with current styles and shopping patterns. Recently it was Perth’s store to get some upgrade working which the first phase was carried out over two and a half weeks in September.
We left no stone unturned in this refurbishment, including uplifting all of the old flooring and installed new Karndean wood effects; along with adding an assortment of rugs to correspond with the style furniture, this mammoth job has entirely improved this space.
Custom-made partitions were designed and fitted to create inspiring new room settings which were decorated with a unique selection of wallpapers and specially selected paints. This allowed the displays to better show the furniture and various styles that you will find on offer. Moreover, we stock all of these wall coverings so you can re-create any of the looks in your own home.
Our interior design team have carefully selected finishing touches to embellish our showroom including a wide variety of breath-taking lighting pendants and chandeliers, as well as a multitude of unique and eye-catching ornaments, sculptures and lamps. Each has been piece perfectly selected to suit its surrounding and inspire our customers, maybe even increase the temptation!
The ground floor in the store has been completely transformed and we are extremely proud with the end result.
