Some of our loyal followers may have noticed we operate a bi-weekly post on our social media that celebrates our team called #StaffSaturday. Last year we properly joined the social media boom and decided to put more effort into delivering you great content surrounding our business. As a family firm our mission is to provide a high standard of personal service, and we realise that this is done through our talented employees. Without them our reputation for fantastic customer service would not be what it is today. To recognise their success, we schedule these posts so our customers can get to know the people that help them through their journey with Gillies.
Our aim is to provide more information about our fantastic team and put a face to the name so to speak; As many of our staff work behind the scenes you may have spoken with them but never had the pleasure of meeting. We feel that it’s important to recognise that each individual is vital to the running of the business and that they are valued as a member of our Gillies Team.
We love to hear our customers experiences with our staff and when we get glowing reviews and compliments from patrons, we always pass them on to our staff so they can be assured that their efforts are appreciated.
