• TEMPUR Pro mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering material or manufacturing defects, including visible indentations greater than 2cm in the TEMPUR material when used correctly. If a valid issue arises, TEMPUR will repair or replace the mattress free of charge during the warranty period.

• The warranty applies to products purchased new from authorised retailers and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, staining, improper storage, or unauthorised repairs. Customers should retain their proof of purchase and follow TEMPUR’s care instructions to maintain warranty coverage.
