Ercol Butterfly Chair

First launched in 1956, the iconic Ercol Butterfly Chair remains a masterclass in mid-century design and traditional British craftsmanship. Crafted from solid ash timber, this distinctive dining chair features a beautifully sculpted, steam-bent backrest and seat that offer exceptional ergonomic support without compromising on style. Its robust construction relies on traditional Windsor wedge and tenon joinery, where the legs extend directly through the seat, secured with tight wooden wedges and sanded perfectly flush for a seamless finish.
